Biography
Zhenyu Xuan obtained his PhD degree in biophysics from Institute of Biophysics, Chinese academy of science. He did postdoctoral training in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory mentored by Dr. Michael Q Zhang for computational biology. He currently is an assistant professor in University of Texas at Dallas. His lab is interested in studying transcription regulation using computational and systems biology approaches, with particular interests in non-coding RNA functions in cancer.
